Refund & Return Policy – Goseethem (USA Market)
At Goseethem, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high–quality t-shirts and posters, printed on demand with care and attention. If any issue arises, our support team is always ready to assist you.
1. Return & Refund Timeframe
Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days from the date the order is marked “Delivered.”
2. Eligible Items for Return/Refund
We accept returns or refunds for the following cases:
✔ Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect colors
- Blurry or misaligned print
- Fabric defects or faulty stitching
✔ Wrong item received
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Wrong design shipped
✔ Damaged during shipping
- Torn or damaged t-shirt
- Posters bent, folded, damaged, or water–stained
✔ Missing items
We will resend missing items free of charge.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds for:
✘ Wrong size chosen by customer
✘ Change of mind after production begins
✘ Slight color variation due to screen display (5–10% difference allowed)
✘ Damage caused by misuse (improper washing, stretching, etc.)
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Include:
- Order number (#OrderID)
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product (required)
Once verified, you will receive either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund (depending on the case)
Response time: 24–48 hours.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on the bank
6. No Return Required (Most Cases)
In most cases involving defects, Goseethem does not require customers to ship the product back, helping avoid unnecessary shipping costs for U.S. buyers.
We will specify if this exception applies during support.
7. Order Changes After Payment
You may edit your order within the first 24 hours, including:
- Size
- Color
- Address
- Quantity
After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
8. Late Delivery Policy
We support customers in cases of delayed delivery:
- More than 15 days (within the U.S.): 50% refund or replacement
- More than 25 days: 100% refund
9. Lost Package Policy
If the tracking status shows:
- “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, or
- The tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 days,
We will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
