1. Made-to-Order Products

Most products sold on Goseethem are made-to-order items. This means your product is printed or prepared only after your order has been confirmed.

Because of this production method, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong product selection, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please make sure to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if your order has one of the following issues:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong product, size, color, or design.
  • The printed design is significantly different from the product image shown on our website.
  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

To be eligible for support, the issue must be reported within 15 days after the order is delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
  • The customer changed their mind after the order was placed.
  • The shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
  • The package was marked as delivered by the carrier but was lost or stolen after delivery.
  • The item has been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The request is submitted more than 15 days after delivery.
